"Ethical company with well educated persons, majority women. High focus on Diversity and inclusion, nice comp & ben, very flexible working hours/location. Good values and nice industry to help patients survive, have better life quality."

"Women with children are expected to work full-time. Those that work part-time are almost secretive in telling others. Very little guidance on how to request to work part-time. Compared to other employers, this is extremely stuck in the dark ages."
