"Gilead is a great organization to work for, my hybrid schedule allows me to work 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. When I am home, I am able to drop my children off at school, and arrange my meetings so I am able to pick them up after school. My manager is very understanding when the unexpected occurs, and does not make me feel guilty for putting my family first. "

"Flexible working hours with remote home working positions available. Definitely a true meritocracy which recognizes and rewards individuals skills and talents. Culture of inclusion and diversity a key focus and highly valued, lots of great work being done on psychological safety, lots of employee resources groups. Friendly, open, inclusive place to work "

"By offering flexibility Gilead has allowed me as mum of 3 kids to work full time and still have time for my family. "
