"I feel so fortunate to work for a company who walks the walk. In my 15 years with Grainger, I've never encountered a challenge that was gender-related. Grainger also takes pay equity seriously and has processes in place to ensure that equity remains--it's part of their fabric, not a one-time exercise when the climate is right. But most of all--I think Grainger has the best culture. We hire amazing people and every leader I've had supports my development, my work-life balance, and we have a ton of fun at work. I wake up in the morning excited to come to work."

"There is a general expectation to come into the office some days but we have a hybrid environment, with flexibility around when you come into the office and which of our multiple office locations you use. No one questions if you need time out of office for appointments and personal needs. "
