"Guild is the first startup tech company I have worked at where we have significant numbers of women in leadership positions. People are accepting and supportive of my leadership role in tech and the fact that it is held by a woman. I don't spend any time "justifying" why I can do my role at Guild, people just believe I can. It is very refreshing."

"In the short time I have been at Guild, I have been very impressed with the healthy approach to equity and diversity- and especially to supporting working mothers. The top highlights that demonstrate that Guild lives it's values:
1. Total transparency in role/pay bands, so that everyone at any level is in the exact same pay structure. That means if you get hired in and you didn't negotiate as well early in your career as is the case with many women- they don't ask what you make now/expect to make, but that you will get what is equitable in the market for that role/level. This is so important for bringing women up to the compensation of their male peers.
2. Generous benefits for working parents- including emergency care coverage if your kids get sick, up to 10k in tax deductible childcare FSA program, and good flexibility.
3. Women in leadership positions- there are a number of women in leadership positions of all levels that continues to advance women perspective and concerns in policies and culture. "

"Guild will potentially be a career accelerator for you but you have to be willing to make sacrifices for that. For me that has meant things like working on the morning of my wedding, working on vacation, having work interruptions during family time, etc. That said, I'm further along in my career than I could have expected to be in the same amount of time at a similarly situated company and that sacrifice has been worth it to me and my family. "Guild invests in the success of its female employees and even has a lot of women in leadership roles. Guild has eliminated the gender pay gap, created opportunities to mentor women in leadership, and generally strives to ensure that there is gender equality in both social and business initiatives. "
