"Working at Guild has been a breath of fresh air! From transparent pay bands, to creation of spaces where Women can speak up about issues that truly matter to them both inside and outside of the workplace. I truly feel that I can bring my whole self to work at Guild."

"As a woman who has worked in a male dominated field for my entire career, I can say without a doubt that Guild is not only the first place I've worked where I didn't have to prove my worth but I was actually valued for being a woman. Guild has equal pay for men and women (and has the numbers to prove it), has women in every level of management (including the C Suite), and offers great benefits for working parents including a daycare. "
