"Guild has a lot of women in the C-suite and Senior Leadership positions - being female definitely isn't a disadvantage here. "

"Incredible female founder who not only facilitates a very family-friendly culture but focuses intently on cultivated seen and unseen diversity. Some people think all the good press might paint a picture that's too good to be true, but it's legit: given the unique combination of impact-driven business model and culture, this company can walk the walk. "Strong, supportive mentorship relationships. Work/life balance. Leadership that is invested in the needs of women in the workplace- including making sure that new mothers have lactation consultants. Open spaces for dialogue about company values. On-site daycare (the Beehive).
"By better catering to working parents, Guild has managed to maintain a 96% retention rate amongst parents during the pandemic" - Forbes "

"Guild is a great place to be! The organization is female-founded and run which in-turn has created a culture where all people are welcome. Conversations regarding identity are often encouraged and have created a culture where everyone can bring their full selves to work. There are often events and opportunities to engage with other women and exchange ideas. I am very glad to work here and appreciate all the support I have received thus far. "

"Guilders are amazingly supportive and empathetic. They actually check in on you the next day if you are out sick or have a sick kiddo at home. They and the company geniunely care about each other as people. One of my other favorite things about working at Guild is the CEO believes in Collective PTO, and closing the offices for a collective week-long break every so often. This really helps the work-life balance because you aren't returning to a crazy full inbox after being off for a week!"
