"Guild provides progressive and affordable benefits along with decent parental leave policies to support growing families. There is flexibility in the hours you work to complete goals, meaning you can step away to bring your kids to a doctors appt or event without feeling penalized. with an onsite daycare at their HQ, they seem to create a sense of empathy around the many working parents who are balancing work and life. They have nursing rooms for onsite employees who need it, and women are typically compensated fairly against their male counterparts. "

"It's a great place to work! Depending on your business unit, hours are quite flexible and it is remote-friendly (though moving from historically being very Denver-centric)"

"I would highly recommend Guild! From my perspective (working in different industries, etc), Guild has been the most energizing and supportive workplace I've ever been part of. Lots of fun, smart, engaged people here!"
