"There is a respect for the individual and the woman whether they have family commitments or not. There is flex on many meetings which allow each person to operate their schedule as needed. Larger company meetings are recorded which helps with adjusting your schedule as needed. Additionally, the company is transparent, open to feedback and actively responding to company survey trends."

"I've been a student of company culture for many years and it is still so surprising how many companies, get it wrong. Guild is working hard to not only get gender equity right, but works hard to ensure all employees, from all walks of life, feel they have the place and space to do great work and be recognized for it."
