"They don't want people there who have been in a sales associate role for longer than 1 year with good performance, attendance to get full time positions."

"The company's compensation trends approximately 10-20% lower than the market average, and that is before you consider the pay gap.
They are trying to work on diversity and inclusion, but those are not strong points of Guitar Center at the moment."

"My immediate manager was the best I have every had in 18 years of working! She got to know what my passions were outside of work and found ways to incorporate those skills into my role.
I wish I could say the same for upper management."
