"Most positions supervisor and above of held by men. Not a terrible situation, for the most part, however, even those in higher management positions that are women are in historically female job types (training (IE teaching) and HR). Not a lot of growth opportunities in the Sales Management sector. Lots of turnover due to poor compensation and schedule flexibility."
