"I started out over 10 years ago in the Contact Center as a Customer Service Rep. Within a year I was promoted to a Team Lead and worked among other women who were in that role and who were in higher roles. I went into traning about 3 years later and a couple of years ago I went to work for the Business to Business division. I worked hard and was rewarded throughout my time with the option to move around to different areas of the company and to move up in the company. Not only that but from what I recall they did offer something for women in the company precovid that allowed training for women interested in moving up the ladder. I have worked with many women and for many women in the Contact Centers through the years and have found that hard work (as it should) will allow you to move up within the company regardless of gender. "
