"While there’s still so much to be done, the company has come a long way in the 10+ years that I’ve been around. I’ve had a bevy of different leadership, some amazing, some less so (that happen to no longer work for the company). The biggest thing one should know if looking to work in a store is that your knowledge will he doubted and questioned. It mostly comes from curmudgeonly old men who don’t believe anyone knows what they’re talking about, but that’s tough to control, even with the best management in place. "
