"I love the work/life balance that my job offers to me. This is important to me as being a mother of two young children. I love having the flexibility to work around the needs of my family when needed. The management team is very understanding and supportive of our needs. There is great opportunity for growth in this company as well. Management encourages and supports all employees with their career goals and personal growth."
