"Very flexible /understanding of demands of working mothers. Very pro-women, my entire team is women! Not unusual to be on a call with all women and you see that reflected in promotions, leadership. Would love to see more executives women, but I think the company is actively trying to do that."

"The Hanover Insurance Group values health and wellness. We have programs that focus on exercise such as a virtual walking clubs, there is an onsite fitness center. We receive weekly communications and have access to many wellness tips. "
