"It's an old boys network. Women are puppets. There is not one woman at Havas that has real authority to make change happen. "

"Once you earn it, the company is lenient with time off for personal situations.. They don't limit sick time, and people don't abuse it. We work long hours, but have the week between Christmas and New Year's off, Summer Fridays, and fair PTO depending on your level and tenure."

"As many advertising companies go, you are expected to live, work and play at the office. There is little regard for your life at home, as a company, but many of the mid- to senior level members will try to be sympathetic to your needs and those of your family. You can receive 2/3rds of your salary for 6-8 weeks (depending on natural vs. c-section) and after that it is unpaid. You can also apply vacation days to your maternity leave and get further pay that way. It's not terrible and it's not great, but at least it's something."
