Work Life balance is attainable here. Upper management has little diversity from white and male.

Internships are unpaid and depending on who you are working with, the opportunities for hands on learning can be limited.

I think as a woman this is one of the best companies to work for. Because of all the magazines in the building, they're very female friendly. At least in my department, I have work/life balance. If I were an executive there, probably not that the case. I can say that both the women and men executives in my department work equally as hard.

There's a lot of corporate politics and managing up. Also for the size of the company, internal procedures can be overbearing.

I've been here a year and so far so good! However I've heard from more than a few women that their maternity policy is horrible.
