"Henkel is a great place to work with wonderful benefits for women . Paid parental leave is a big new benefit for 2021 that I am really excited about. Depending on the area you are in, you can also enjoy scheduling flexibility. Henkel has many female leaders who are wonderful mentors. There is no pay inequity, that I have seen, either. Henkel encourages everyone to push themselves to the limit...and then some!"

"I have always been developed at Henkel. My support has come equally from men and women over my 20 year tenure. The organization makes credible effort to create a culture of D&I, understands their gaps, and strives to improve. "

"I have been a Henkel employee for eight years and I started here as an intern. I stayed post internship because I truly enjoyed the people I worked with. The HR people, the managers, the employees are all good people who want enjoy working together and want to do the best they can for Henkel.
I have had the great opportunity to "grow up" at Henkel and I am currently a new mom. I am constantly impressed with how Henkel has supported me through my pregnancy, my leave and my return. New benefits have been introduced (increased paid parental leave, increased IVF benefits, etc) and I am very grateful that I am a part of a company that can support me and my career aspirations but also support me as a parent.
