"The company has done a lot of self-reflection in regards to their D&I gaps. They have made some serious investment in D&I in the last few months that I believe will be positive for the company. Change is happening, even if it takes time, I believe they'll get there. "

"I believe the unpaid portion is normal FMLA leave which I think in CT is 12 weeks. New program in 2021 expands paid parental leave to 8 weeks for both parents. "

"I started at Henkel as an intern and 11 years later still with the company however now in a different country. I found Henkel US to be an inclusive environment where I had a lot of support throughout my career. I felt that I was given opportunities to develop myself via trainings/mentoring, as well as develop within my career. On top of being able to develop myself, I found the atmosphere to be fun. I had a lot of great colleagues that made work enjoyable. One improvement area would be to limit the number of expats coming into the US in top management positions and allow the local teams to grow and take these positions over. I think there is already a lot of improvement in this area, but still some ways to go."
