"You won't be valued for your skills and experience. Current culture is one of wringing as much out of someone as possible, which is why many departments are woefully understaffed. Look for the CEO to get the axe because he hasn't delivered financially."

"The company seems to have annual layoffs which puts a strain on those who remain. They have serious pay discrepancies, negotiate very well when you are hired as you are unlikely to see any kind of raise other than a meager 1-3% cost of living increase."

"Be prepared to have male managers use your skills and expertise to advantage them. Then they hand off all of their responsibilities to you - while they then hardly show up for work, taking all the credit for the team's 60 hour work week- then the VP (boss of manager) tells you you're being promoted to Manager BUT without a formal new title and NO pay increase. Despicable. "
