This stems from the CEO down. - Be prepared to work 80 hour weeks and weekends with no recognition of the effort to go above and beyond. - HR Leadership is a joke. They do the bidding of business leadership and sweep employee issues under the carpet. - Promoting diversity is different to actually acting on it. It’s still a good old boys club when its all said and done. "

"I have earned opportunities to move up in the organization during the time I have been here. That isn't the story for everyone. Many of the industries Honeywell works in are very male dominated. Most of the leadership is male and I haven't seen many changes here. They are trying to diversify. I have seen more women being hired in my office which is encouraging. "
