"Free food :) ..no seriously, it's a supportive environment with lots of women in leadership. There also is an internal women's networking group that helps us stay connected. "

"Lots of flexibility! Although this is not a WFH culture (we're very collaborative!) if I need to leave or adjust my schedule to accommodate my personal responsibilities as a SPM I can. "

"Women are decidedly under-represented, and it worsens as you look up the ladder. There is a lot of talk about diversity, but progress is minimal."
