"Even though the time maybe flexible, keep in mind that many women are working twice as many hours in order to be considered competent enough to perform the work. This work schedule goes for the managerial level as well as staff engineering levels as well. "

"There is an uphill battle for women to get into leadership. If you are able to get into leadership, then you are surrounded by men. Only the strongest women will survive when they are the only woman in a room with little to no women joining them on the leadership team. Honeywell must do a better job at balancing men and women in leadership."
