    Maybe. Huge is well intentioned - they have the right messaging and they're taking steps to create a space and programmatic structure to give women a springboard within the company but that communication lacks depth and action behind it. I don't believe they're creating meaningful opportunities to educate male co-workers and provide them with tools to stop unconscious bias in the workplace. This doesn't mean Huge is a bad place to work, but I think it's important to have an accurate picture of a company's shortcomings and not go into a new opportunity with idealistic blinders. Ruthless honesty is the best starting point for meaningful growth.

Depends on the office, but what I mostly see is men in senior leadership. Men who truly mentor and advocate for women are rare, but they do exist. The trouble is that you may not report to one.
