There is a lot of room for growth, depending on who you talk too but some feel that because they were a woman, that they were looked down upon and not given opportunities like the men

There are great opportunities to grow your career in this company. Its focus on employee wellbeing in recent years is beginning to translate into better health for many. It's difficult as a woman in the company to see ways forward into leadership. There are so few women in top leadership jobs.

Professionals within the company have flexibility in ways that hourly employees do not. This is understandably demoralizing for those in that situation,

Work life balance is good in most departments. There are flex schedules, part time or full time work at home depending on the role.

More advancement opportunities against if in office. Work life balance can be tough depending on department. less opportunities if WAH but great option for those who want it. Not all departments offer WAH roles.

Provide more development and advancement opportunities to women who work-at-home for company. There are a fair number of Mothers working at home for Humana, which is great, however many are in roles with limited ability to move in or out of. Within my team little to no budget offered towards training and development, and an overall unspoken attitude that we are lucky to work from home.
