"Although there are many female leaders in mid-senior level management. The women in power do not support other women either peers or below unless you are their girlfriend. Even though I've seen more backstabbing between women than any other workplace."

"Humana does not support employees with disabilities. Used to be more flexible. Very dependent on department. Extremely stressful environment. Did not receive a raise at all in the several years I worked there."

"There is a lot of room for growth, depending on who you talk too but some feel that because they were a woman, that they were looked down upon and not given opportunities like the men"
