"Depends which department you fall in - but if you fall in the wrong spot, be prepared for a rough time. Flexibility is great."

"Be wary and don't believe them when they say they want you to succeed, they really just want you to be very good at your job so you can train the guy they are going to promote over you.
I trained 3 of the people who became supervisors, one is now a director and the other was introduced to the CEO of the company he works for now as the VP of the Customer Support division, by the executive VP of my division."

"The company touts flexibility, but for a handful of people on a vary specialized team, for us there was no flexibility, even being able to take PTO was horrible as our supervisor never checked his email. And upper levels of management never cared. "

"The organization embraces new culture and meeting people where they are, but it is not in all areas of the organization. As a woman or any minority really, you need to find the leadership within the organization that aligns with your beliefs and culture. The organization gives leaders the tools and permission space to create a environment of inclusion, but not all leaders leverage it. "
