"You must do your networking as much (or more) than men to make sure people know who you are if you want to move around the company to other positions. Your resume alone is not enough. "

"Although there are many female leaders in mid-senior level management. The women in power do not support other women either peers or below unless you are their girlfriend. Even though I've seen more backstabbing between women than any other workplace."

"Initially promised to be allowed to work hours that overlap in my time zone. The after awhile required to work East Coast business hours which is 3 hours earlier than Pacific coast hours. I was starting work at 5AM with an on camera video call."

"Humana does not support employees with disabilities. Used to be more flexible. Very dependent on department. Extremely stressful environment. Did not receive a raise at all in the several years I worked there."
