"There are great opportunities to grow your career in this company. Its focus on employee wellbeing in recent years is beginning to translate into better health for many. It's difficult as a woman in the company to see ways forward into leadership. There are so few women in top leadership jobs."

"More advancement opportunities against if in office. Work life balance can be tough depending on department. less opportunities if WAH but great option for those who want it. Not all departments offer WAH roles. "
