We are continually making improvements, including the addition of HALE, our flagship program that focuses on health and lifestyle enrichment. In addition, we aim for effective, transparent management practices that will aid team members on the path to innovation and success. Our managers abide by the Infosys Manager Code, which includes seven dynamic elements a manager lives by during his/her lifecycle in the organization.
