Aims at advancing and empowering women to excel in their careers in the field of technology. As part of this program, women undergo leadership development interventions, technological trainings, networking, mentoring and learn from other successful professionals across Infosys. This intervention also provides women opportunities to learn and work on niche technologies and participate in internal as well as external workshops.
#IamTheFuture
A program run by the Infosys Leadership Institute to train women for leadership roles, this program accelerates the readiness of women leaders, strengthening the pipeline and fostering an inclusive ecosystem and culture. Designed as a year-long program in partnership with Stanford’s graduate school of business, #IamTheFuture provides holistic development opportunities for women leaders globally.
Infosys Women in Leadership
The Infosys Women in Leadership program focuses on building a diverse talent pool of leaders. Launched in 2011, the program is based on experiential learning and focuses on enhancing capacities and potential for women leaders. Women employees are encouraged to apply for the program, which culminates in a three-day residential program.
Mom’s Net
Our development centers boast the “Mom’s Net” facility with workstations, lactation rooms and interaction spaces to facilitate returning mothers to phase back into the workplace effectively. Through Mom’s Net facilities returning moms access learning and certification programs, explore project opportunities, interact with senior women in the organization and are inspired by them.
Diversity Councils
Our business-led diversity and inclusion efforts are championed through Diversity Councils at geographic and business unit levels. Diversity goals are a part of the corporate scorecard and flow down into the scorecards of business leaders. Diversity Councils comprise members from business and enabler functions, who work under the leadership of a Diversity Council Head. Periodic reviews of diversity and inclusion metrics and programs enable teams to enhance the effectiveness of these efforts.
Infosys empowers Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to play an important role in changing the organizational mindset. Apart from helping create a broad-based understanding of diverse groups, members of Infosys ERGs help to craft inclusive workplace policies and practices, enabling everyone to bring their best selves to work and participate fully. Infosys ERGs also reflect local and geographically specific diversity dimensions.
IWIN, the Infosys Women’s Inclusivity Network
IWIN was established in 2002 to foster gender-sensitive and inclusive work environments for women, thereby making Infosys the employer of choice for women. IWIN helps women in their career lifecycles through support groups and policies. IWIN also develops women for managerial and leadership roles, thereby supporting the Infosys objective of maintaining gender ratios at all levels of the organization.
Family Matters
Family Matters promotes work-life integration through programs and workshops spanning relationships, parenting, health and more.
iPRIDE
The iPRIDE ERG, for LBGTQIA+ employees and their allies, ERG provides the support framework to institutionalize policies and practices. As signatories to the United Nations (UN) charter of Business, Infosys has committed an inclusive work culture for LGBTIQA+.
InfyAbility
Infosys championed the Rights of Persons’ with Disability Act, 2016 in India. We also partnered in setting up Business Disability International in the UK. A member of Australia Network for Disability (AND), Infosys uses this partnership to work on disability inclusion.

The Multicultural ERG raises cross cultural awareness to establish an open and inclusive environment driving collaboration, networking and access to external communities.

The Young Employee Network (YEN) for the young and young at heart YEN provides young employees a variety of opportunities to help develop and advance their careers at Infosys.
