"Great mission, but the office culture is unnecessarily stressful due primarily to the Executive Director. Prepare to be micromanaged and have your work constantly criticized."

"Good cause, kind and passionate staff. Predominantly women, with woman Exec. Dir. Intense micro-management. All advancement relies on gaining favor with erratic, sometimes volatile ED. Small staff suffers from high turn-over. Poor work-life balance. No additional maternity leave outside of short-term disability."
