"It is a very Male dominated culture And they do not take women seriously. Fight and negotiate for the pay you want. The bro culture is very strong and the heman woman haters will try to tear you down. "

"Your experience at IP is highly dependent on the actual site you are working at. If you work at manufacturing facility, be prepared to accept less pay than male counterparts, poor work life balance, and limited opportunities for advancement."
