"Intuit cares about its employees above all else. It's a values-driven company that strives to create an environment where employees can do the best work of their lives. The company's response to COVID-19 was an example of its commitment to employees. We were given the tools we need to work from home a week before the SF Bay Area (the first in the country) required it. We have a thriving Tech Women @ Intuit organization - a funded initiative, not just a grassroots employee resource group - that goes all out to make Intuit a great place for technical women. It's possible that you'll find some women whose opinion of Intuit is less favorable than mine, typically because of an unenlightened manager. The company continuously invests in manager training, which includes unconscious bias training. I can confidently say that they're the minority, however. Intuit is a great place for women who want a balanced life while they help customers achieve prosperity."

"I have been here for many years and have always had the opportunity to re-invent myself and my job! Our internal mantra is 'it's the people" and that has been true my entire journey. We are customer obsessed and in shows in all we do! This is a challenging time and I trust my colleagues and leadership that we will not only thrive but deliver goodness in support of small business and consumers!!"
