"There is a platform for women to grow and lead at Intuit. So if you want to lead or grow your craft, then Intuit is the right place to do so. While it is not a perfect organization, we have a fabulous group of leaders, women role models and mentors and allies who are truly invested in seeing us grow and thrive. "

"You can grow your career here at Intuit. If there is one value I think we all encompass it is passion; we have passion for our customers, our work, and for each other. There are many opportunities for you to both strengthen your current skills and challenge yourself to learn new ones. I love working at Intuit; I love our mission, our work, and our community and would recommend Intuit to anyone."

"At Intuit, managers want to help grow your career. We have two types of goals here: personal development goals and input goals and both are treated equally important. I am involved in a lot of projects outside of my deliverables and my manager is very supportive of it and wants to be engaged. "

"I've been at Intuit since grad school for over 18 years now and I started as an engineer. Since starting at Intuit, I've had 8 different roles including the one today which is Principal Tech Evangelist. There are not many places that allow you to be a "multipotentialite" - I've been an engineer, product manager, dev manager, Social media manager and tech evangelist. You can make a true impact here and you can grow your career here. Yes, of course, there are opportunities for improvement (just like everywhere) but overall, Intuit has a supportive environment for women in tech and they have initiatives like Tech Women at Intuit, TWI. We also have active networks like PRIDE network, Next Gen (Early career), African Ancestry and many other employee driven groups. "
