"Intuit is a great place for women in tech. There are a lot of awesome role models of women in leadership positions and the company is very intentional about its support and promotion of women, especially in technical roles.
Though many work long hours, there's flexibility in the work, and you generally have freedom to help the work adapt to your needs and schedule."

"I feel supported and encouraged to grow within the company. I work primarily with women leads in my division of Intuit (time tracking). It is a safe space that promotes women in all areas. Benefits are amazing and supportive of maternity leave and return to work. Intuit is constantly looking for ways to improve."

"I have never felt as supported (professionally and personally) as I do at Intuit—right down to having a personal nutritional and fitness coach! Also, I'm on a team where over 50 percent are women, and many leadership roles are held by women. It makes a huge difference."
