"I was really worried about being the only parent on my extended team of 20 but any concerns were quickly washed away by the support and flexibility provided. Whether its nursing-only rooms, subsidized backup care, flexibility to work remotely anytime I need it or 4 months of fully paid maternity leave, the culture and policies at Intuit really support moms. For example, my male VP will call out that he's going to take a meeting from home so that he can spend more time with his teenagers. Fantastic place to work!"

"Be careful the managers that you get under. There is rampant favoritism. In my department we are about 40% women, but 100% of the men have been promoted and the last woman was promoted 4 years ago. You are put in a position to ask for your promotion yourself, you won't be recognized for promotion until you ask for it - which study and study again prove that women don't ask. I also recently got asked to speak at a conference and when my director found out he said that I was stealing someone else's thunder on my team because he wanted them to speak."

"My manager and director are more worried about bodies in seats than they are the work getting done. The appearance of work is more important than the actual work. We used to be more flexible when it came to having to work from home for important reasons to now being severely restricted. "

"It's been absolutely amazing. Both women and men in leadership are as equally supportive of women and men in the office and organization. They care about you as an individual and not just an employee. Every measure is done to ensure you succeed and enable you. It's great knowing and feeling like I have men in my corner that will rally for me and the other women. Other women are also fantastic at enabling other females, helping you grow and spending extra time with you to help you succeed. I've never once felt like I wasn't getting a fair opportunity because I was a woman."

"I loved my work with Turbo Tax/Intuit. It’s seasonal and that works out with the kids school schedules. The pay is reasonable and is in line industry wide. I love working with customers and solving their problems. It’s very rewarding. "
