"Cannot be honest with your manager and set unrealistic deliverables. Will fire you for pushing back to tell your manager that you need to meet with more people to write the strategy. "

"Good place to work--however it's a massive organization so really climbing the ladder is a matter of time and if you have sponsorship. There's definitely a more conservative culture overall and you do need to be bro-y with many of the men in senior positions to connect with them. Not a bad place to float but not a great place to really reach high and grow (unless you have sponsorship which is difficult to get)."

"I have loved working for JNJ the past five years. I have become a mother of 2 during this time and had three different roles + 3 different managers. Everyone is very understanding of family commitments and is very open to talking about this. Even my male colleagues/bosses.
There are many opportunities for growth and the company is pushing more to bring more equality between men and women."
