"The company talks about diversity, but they are selective about who diversity is for. Being a woman of color, this company really disappoints me. None of that is true for me. It's a very hopeless feeling when you come to work, do the best you can and are very good at your job, but are looked over, passed by and ignored as an integral team member."

"The Manager appears to be support on the outside, but does not show any actions in terms of support. Even when asked questions about this the manager gives no clear or definitive answers. He has a very matter of fact type of attitude. All they care about is getting the work done."

"This is a great company if you can get the position permanently. J&J does not regard their temporary staff very high however. They recognize the gift of their expertise, but are not quick to respond in terms of hiring opportunities. This practice is totally unjust."
