"Overall working at J&J has been a great experience. However, the team culture and senior leader really can make or break a role. It is worth doing research to understand the team and leadership dynamics for the department. There are a lot of great company policies to support women- while most do, not all management teams implement them equally. "

"Flexibility will greatly depend on the role. In supply chain a manufacturing role will have a lot less flexibility in many cases than a global or home office role as an example. I do believe there are policies to support working women and families in all roles. "
