"J&J is a great place to work! We count we a robust talent development program, wellness program, strong D&I culture. J&J value the diversity and the WiSTEM2D program is focus on Women in STEM2D careers. This program not only develop initiatives for professionals . It also develop initiatives for youth and university students pursuing careers in STEM2D. J&J Credo is our north and we live our Credo in every we do focus on our patients, costumers, families, employees, community and shareholder! "

"The most amazing thing about being a woman at J&J is seeing how many women are in leadership roles. I have had more women managers than men and there are women at every level, all the way up to the C-suite. I feel that there is no limit to where I can go and what I can do in this company because of all the amazing role models I can see."
