"As a woman leader in this organization I feel greatly valued. J&J has provided me growth opportunities vertically and horizontally with special assignments that has prepared me for other bigger opportunities. When I think about what retained me at J&J , it is not only all the amazing opportunities that I have as a professional, but the opportunity to really live a CREDO that allows me to support and mentor females at all pivotal stages."

"I have being working for J&J for 18 years. Couple of years ago i needed to stay in a maternity leave for a longer period because just before my return i discovered that my baby had severe allergy problems, i was absolutely supported by the organization. This is the company that i want to be. "

"I feel highly supported as a woman in technology. In my personal experience, I have never felt out of place. I usually don't notice if I am the only female in the room because I was feel I am treated equally and given the same opportunities. "

"There is a lot of flexibility at J&J. Sometimes the level depends on the specific department or your manager's discretion, so it can vary from employee to employee. But there is definitely an open culture where you have the ability to have these discussions with your supervisor if you feel you need more flexibility. "
