"Because JPMorgan is so large, AND a merger of many different banks with different cultures, there are great departments and some subpar. It's difficult to truly know what to expect from one group to the next. There are still plenty of men in the "good ole boy" network, but it's difficult to know that until you work with these folks."

"Women supportive all the way, after a while working here if you're good all your effort will be recognize and paid on: opportunities, new challenges, flexibility on your job as a new mom without sacrificing authority or the position you might have earn with time. They are highly interested of keeping women on manège meant positions therefore provide several options to make it work for moms"
