"It's a pleasure to work with a lot of other very smart and inspiring women. The hours and expectations however can be challenging for new mothers. There are a lot of internal initiatives to support women but the individual circumstances will always depend on the management line. Female managers can be much less empathetic than men."

"JPM offers a competitive package in terms of wage and benefits, and as a large employer has several resource groups for women in the workforce. However, it is an American company, and as a result there is the culture and pressure to perform associated with this."

"Be prepared to have people expect you to do the "caretaking " aspects of being an employee like remembering birthdays or brining treats. Everyone was friendly overall, but it was definitely a male dominated location that I worked in."
