"I have worked here for 5 years in three different areas. IT is mainly male dominated so it wasn't uncommon to see more men in leadership roles. In the next department, senior management shuffled around so much it was difficult to get a feeling of being grounded because my job and boss was constantly changing. The last area I worked in is full of some very inappropriate and unprofessional people. Back stabbing and bullying is encouraged and promoted."
