"I've not taken maternity leave (husband and I are still unsure of having children). I do know that after the FMLA is complete, new mothers must take short-term disability or use vacations days in order to stay home longer. There is no other maternity leave offered. "

"Although it can vary by department,the majority of my experience with KP has been that colleagues and managers do what they can to be flexible about things like working from home, balancing meetings around childcare/pick up, maternity & paternity leave. I see many female leaders at the manager, Director, and VP levels."
