"Compensation, insurance, and time off here are good. However, as with any healthcare setting, expect long hours and a stressful job. It's hard to leave patients "at work" sometimes, and productivity standards are quite high. "

"The “good old boys club” exists everywhere- ignore them! The good news is there are enough empowering women in leadership to mentor and support you. Seek them out and don’t fall into the trap of petty, competitive, snarky behavior. Supporting other women shows your strength and security as a true leader. "

"As a whole KP Health Plan is flexible, but certain areas of the organization still force employees to drive to the office regardless of level of role and responsibility. This philosophy also eliminates employees from around the US to be considered for new opportunities in regions where they do not live if the employee does not want to relocate."
