"Klaviyo has the best culture of any company I've worked for. Diversity and equity are a real priority. I've only been here a month but I never want to leave."

"Not only is Klaviyo a supportive environment for women, but there is an active effort to empower women through multiple organizations such as a resource group dedicated to the women of Klaviyo. I have felt empowered numerous times by other Klaviyos as I have worked here."

"A lot of the managers are young and inexperienced, and until the last year, there weren't a whole lot of women in executive level positions, and even fewer who were Moms. I found I had to advocate a lot more than I should have to have my hours adjusted when I first started. Since then, I'm glad to hear that newer colleagues who have kids haven't had to fight the same way I did, so it seems things are changing for the better."

"Klaviyo has made a concerted effort to support women in the workplace. From upping their maternity benefits to be 16 weeks to giving women flexibility on when they sign off/sign on based on child care schedule I've been super happy with the amount of flexibility I've had here to make having a career and a family not mutually exclusive. "

"If you are a parent they do a great job of making sure that you have time to spend with your family. You are not expected to work outside of your working hours, we have incredible paid family leave, and if something happens and your child is sick it isn't something they look down on if you have to take time off."
