"Klaviyo is supportive through flexibility with location and hours, competitive salaries and parental leave. The attention given to social events and benefits has also impressed me. All in all very happy with my choice to work at Klaviyo. "

"Women have representation at the VP level across several departments, including Product within R&D, and strong representation at the manager level as well. There is also an active internal Resource Group dedicated to women empowerment and professional development. The whole company is notably incredibly parent and family-friendly, with blocks for childcare/daycare pickup commonly seen across the calendars of men and women from leadership level on down. Children are frequently seen or heard on Zoom calls and our #momlife and #k-parents channels are very active!"

"I like Klaviyo and what they are working to build. I think that there will always be hiccups in a fast growing company - but I do believe leadership has it's employees best interests in mind"
