"Men are far more likely to be mentored, invited to key meetings and "groomed" for leadership roles at Kohler--and it is exclusive in certain divisions.
Kohler's approach to improving diversity seems to be looking to the outside to hire it, rather than recognizing the incredible talent that has been overlooked among the existing female associates.
If you are early in your career and pick the right division, you can get some great experience, but if you want to advance to leadership, leave for a more progressive company as soon as you see less qualified men getting promoted past you."

"They are trying to improve, but there is a heavy "just like me" bias to promotions and evaluations of potential. This leads to men promoting and mentoring men for leadership roles while amazing women stagnate in support and mid-management roles."
