"I would tell her it’s a great legacy company where men are more likely to succeed than women as evidenced by the male dominated leadership tanks and many female exits within the last 5 years or so. As soon as it wasn’t in vogue to care about DEI, top most leadership stopped caring. "

"Leadership can be supportive but team member relationships are transactional. Leaders will go through the motions but lack conviction when times get hard. It doesn’t set itself apart from any other major corporation in the quality of its leadership. "

"Great organization if you're looking to grow - I've seen so many talented women quickly work their way up! Lots of resources provided to help new leaders. Like any organization, some departments are stronger than others, and culture can vary in different areas. Overall, though, leaders practice what they preach and encourage collaboration, balance, and prioritization. "

"There is a strong women in leadership presence in Kohler, dependent upon the specific part of the entity (for example, HR has great representation, where Engineering is lacking in female diversity). "
