There are some amazing women in C-level positions and some in director-level positions that inspire, but not enough. Many of the day-to-day female managers are entrenched in and contribute to some of the sexism through their fearful actions and by jockeying for position against their female peers. Overall diversity lacks and the company has indicated it wants to make changes on this front, but only time will tell if this is just lip service."
